2 double bedrooms (160x200 beds) including one on the ground floor and 1 Twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds)

2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

the upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Living/dining room and open kitchen.

An annex laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Barbecue and secure private courtyard with garden furniture.

All household comforts (dishwasher, microwave, gas stove with oven, washer and dryer, fridge freezer.)
